Grandpa's Waffle
This is by far the best waffle I've ever had. The vanilla bean creme fraiche is phenomenal and it's really special to have a gluten free breakfast I can enjoy with a wheat allergy. Everything at Beautiful Day is incredible but the waffle will not disappoint. Get it!
Grandpa's Waffle
This is the best waffle I've ever had. My husband and I now have breakfast/brunch dates so we can come here and share a breakfast burrito and waffle. It's our favorite place to eat out in the valley.
Huckleberry Hotcakes
I have ordered these hotcakes multiple times and they never disappoint! The topping are delicious and everything tastes really fresh.

OMG..... this burger was the most tastiest burger i have ever had......... and they were able to make it with gluten free bread... I'm in gluten free heaven
Crispy Potatoes
Everything I have had at Beautiful Day is delicious, and filling, but I still always get a side of the potatoes to share. Do yourself a favor and get them "loaded". The perfect dupe if you are craving animal fries.
The Big Breakfast
This is the perfect combo if you want a little bit of everything. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the sausage is hands down the best I have ever tasted. The sourdough toast and jam is so yummy - everything tastes so fresh and light.
BD Goddess Salad
I love love love this salad so much. Thier food is so unique. It's healthy, balanced and the flavor pop!!!
Roast Beet "Reuben"
Amazing!!! Wow, I love roasted beets but this beautiful recipe took it to new heights. Very flavorful. I highly recommend it. ?
